Wow. This designer has taken it uppon herself to combine an ugly turtleneck with an even uglier frock thing. There really can be no excuse for this. It is shapeless, unflattering, it is outdated, the colors and patterns can in no way be flattering to anyone. I realize this THING might be for a child, but why torture them, and everyone who has to look at them?
