The whole dress is made out of the same ugly material. It appears to be created from the drapes, and grandpa's belt. It is fine to use this material, but in extreme moderation! The sleeves are too long making your arms look shorter while the vertical stripes make you look a little taller. The sleeves are also too wide, and give the illusion of a very broad shoulder. The belt is too small and placed too low on the waist. This creates an unflatering bunch at your waist, which draws attention to your tummy. The whole torso looks unporportioned. The bottom half of the dress has no shape, and just hangs there. You need an a-line skirt to make your top half more flattering.
